Central Market’s Live Music

You know you’re going to do some grocery shopping this weekend, so why not combine the chore with some pleasure? Plan to do your shopping after you listen to The Silvertones play some Texas blues at Fort Worth’s Central Market, 4651 West Freeway at I-30 and Hulen. They’ll be playing at 6:00 PM on up until 9:00 PM tonight, Friday, April 15. No charge.

If you can’t make it tonight, try going tomorrow evening, Saturday, April 16, to hear Wade Hatton and the Texas Hat Band play some good ol’ country music. You may want to grab some food from the store’s fantastic deli and just have supper there. The band will be playing from 5:30 PM on up until 9:00 PM. Where else can you enjoy an economical meal and free music?

Annie is especially fond of Central Market’s coffee and wine sections, but has been known to wander through the bakery section just to try the free samples. She likes to try at least one new–to her–food item, exploring new tastes and textures.
